A picture is worth a thousand words, and a cork board is your blank slate. You, or your assistant can post keywords & phrases as you progress through your presentation to help make your point - simple charts and drawings will drive your ideas home.
Make Information Available With Poster Boards:
Cork boards can be placed in strategic areas to get your audience thinking about ideas and topics you will be talking about prior to the start of the meeting. More complex information can be posted on these bulletin boards to make it available to attendees after the meeting. Contact information may be posted here as well. Attendees need only snap a photo with there phone to capture all your important info.
Art Exhibits:
Art can be displayed on both sides of free-standing cork boards. Cork boards can be placed end to end creating art walls with aisles to walk between them.
Poster Board Sessions:
Line up poster boards and have a presenter on both sides. Attendees can walk up and down rows to view different topics and ask the presenters questions.

Cork board surfaces are 4 feet by 6 feet and stand 7 feet, 3 inches tall. The top of the bulletin board is about seven feet high.
We will deliver them to the room they will be used fully assembled and ready to use. Two people can easily move cork boards around within the room to position them, though they will not fit through most doors because of their height.
