Indoor Stage Rental:
Stages used indoors can be built in many different configurations:
Commencement Stages are often used in gyms and field houses. Stage heights can be as low as 8 inches and as high as 10 feet or more. Size your stage to fit the amount of guests and equipment on stage. Multiple levels can be used to accomodate very large platform parties creating stepped seating at the rear of your stage.
An existing "house" stage, can have its height matched with Camelot's multi-height stage to create a larger performance space for special once a year holiday events. Add on a Catwalk (runway) for a Fashion Show in many variations (straight, V-shape, X-shape, or T-shape). We can create a backstage and dressing room area for your models in just about any space. Add a commercial size fan to your runway for that 'wind blown" hair effect. Floor lights installed on both sides of the runway highlight your models and the designs they wear.
We can install stage over your theater seats to create sound/light board positions in the audience.
Creativity with your house stage - we can build structures on your stage: towers linked by walkways, stairs, and ramps in different heights. Portable stage structures will enhance and mingle with your set design on stage or off and into the audience. Bridges, steps, and ramps can all be incorporated antwhere into your design. Outdoor Stage Rental:
Our versatile stages can be used outdoors in a variety of different ways:
Festival Stages can be built as high and large as needed to give the audience an unobstructed view while allowing plenty of space for the talent. A Holiday Party stage rental makes it easy to provide a performance area for the Holiday dance.
A City Fair (or town fair) may have multiple stage needs. When a street is closed, the crowd can be managed better by having a stage at either end of the street. The attendance will be split between both ends of the street causing the crowd to be less tightly packed. Good for the comfort of people attending the fair, and good for safety.
A Parade Review Stand located in the center of town creates a great focal point and a place of prominence for VIP seating. Television cameras can also be integrated into the review stand at a higher position to allow for great shots.
A Graduation Stage on a football field allows proud parents a perfect view from the bleachers as the students accept their diplomas.
Chair Risers (bleacher seating) can be used to elevate the audience with each rear row rising higher than the one in front. Premium seating used in this way can demand premium pricing for paid events.
For situations where the ground is sloped, stages can be built level to allow greater use of the venue. Create walkways to span low areas and make better use of seemingly disconnected spaces. This is a great way to temporarily level your yard without having to read a book like "how to level your yard with stage".
We can also create a floor with stage panels to support an entire tent! Is your event space in a low area prone to water, wet grass, and mud? We can floor the entire area to create a dry useable space for your event.
Election (Political) Stage Rental:
Put your candidate up on a stage to get the message out. Give the audience an unobstructed view where they can see and hear the candidate's commitment to the issues and the constituents.
On the campaign trail? Look no further...stages are available with stairs, ramps, railings, carpet, and skirting. Rental stages can be built multi-level, on sloped terrain and over obstacles (such as existing bleacher seating).
Add a US Flag or Massachusetts State Flag (other flags available) to your candidate's stage. Red, White & Blue Bunting can also be included.
Use Pipe & Drape to put a backdrop behind the stage. Also block sight lines with Pipe & Drape to allow secure access to the stage. Pipe & Drape can be used to cover windows, doors and hallways.
