Your floor plan is loaded. Now let's make the scale match real life β this way every piece of equipment you drop onto the plan will be sized correctly.
20 (feet), 20.5, 20'6", or 240in.The whole room β including any equipment you've already placed β rescales to match automatically. You can skip this now and calibrate later using the π Calibrate scale button in the toolbar.
This is a drag-and-drop tool for planning event spaces. Here's everything in 60 seconds:
Up top, enter the room's width and height in feet and inches, then click Update room. The grid helps you keep things lined up.
On the left you'll find common pieces (60" rounds, banquet tables, chairs, stages, bars, dance floorsβ¦). Drag any item onto the room, or just click to drop it in the middle. Once placed:
Click π Upload floor plan to add a PDF or PNG of the space you're designing for. Right after the plan loads, a little guide asks you to π Calibrate scale: pick two points on a known dimension (a wall, a door, a scale bar), type how long it is in real life (20, 20.5, 20'6", or 240in), and the whole room is sized to match automatically. You can skip the guide and calibrate later via the toolbar button anytime.
Once scale is set, drag equipment right on top of the plan. Use the Opacity slider to fade the plan so your equipment stands out.
Click + Build new to design your own piece. Draw circles, rectangles, lines, polygons, and text. Pick fill and line colors on the fly. When you're happy, give it a name and click Save to library. It'll appear in the equipment panel ready to drag into any room.
